On Cancer – 2

Research shows these facts. What is your conclusion?

  • Cancer cells consume 15x more glucose (sugar) than any other cells.
  • Cancer loves an acidic environment.
  • Most acid forming food are meat, sugar, caffeine and alcohol.
  • One of the most acidic substanse you can put in your body is refined pure white sugar.
  • Cancer hates when you create an alcaline environment.
  • Most alcaline foods are vegetables and fruits.
  • The harder you cook a food, the more the nutrients get destroyed, and the more acidic it becomes. Maybe you heard that heavily blackened chargrilled meat is cancerogenic?
  • Food in it’s raw state is the most alcaline.
  • Researchers suggest you can try to starve cancer by avoiding sugar, honey and sweets for at least six weeks.
  • If I had cancer, I would eat green salads with fresh vegetables. I would eat lot of smoothie bowls, drink fresh squeezed juice, eat nuts and berries, etc. Basically, a raw food diet with minimal red meat. I could eat lesser amounts of white meat, but preferably raw – like sushi, sashimi, etc. If you eat raw fish, it must have been frozen to kill off parasites. You should never eat fresh fish raw.
  • I once ate almost raw chicken. It was the most delicious chicken I ever tried. I was in Tokyo at a fancy restaurant. The chef presented the chicken to be served, with a picture and it’s family tree with the ancestors. We each had 2 pieces of chicken thigh. The chicken was quickly fried for maybe 5 seconds on each side. The cooked part was tiny, only 0.5 cm thick, so the inner part was completely raw. It was the best chicken I ever tried. Extremely juicy and succulent. The harder you cook meat, the drier it becomes. The more fat the meat contains, the tastier it becomes. Fat enhances the taste, that is why you add mayonnaise or fatty gravies like bearnaise to make a lean steak tastier. In my opinion, very lean meat does not taste much, I prefer fatty marbled meat. Therefore raw, fatty marbled meat is the juiciest. But you should of course not eat raw chicken because of the risk of parasites, salmonella, etc.
